Like anything else, to benefit from meditation we need a little practice. This episode is to help you with that.
Here we will go through a short guided meditation that you can practice at home every day!
Meditation is a "state" and not something that is "done", therefore, it's effortless. While in this state, we are one with our essence: the spirit. However, in the beginning it is difficult to maintain the state of meditation. We are usually distracted by thoughts of things we need to do or have done, or maybe our emotions, etc. But like anything else, thought regular practice and some patience, we can maintain the state of meditation for longer. And it is only through meditation that the growth of awareness takes place.
